The aim of this case report is to show the result of computer-guided flapless implant surgery with immediate loading and compare the difference between the two guided implant system. When using the guided surgery, minimally invasive surgery and predictable results are available. However, myth about the treatment can lead to a tragedy and be even useless. Before we approach the method, certain elements should be aware of and be controlled to maximize the
advantages of it.
